Tato práce řeší problematiku páchání trestných činů u mladistvých a jejich nápravě v rámci alternativních trestů pomocí Probační a mediační služby ČR. Úvod práce se zaměřuje, z jakého důvodu se mladiství dopouští trestných činů, co je možnou příčinou. V průzkumu je zkoumán procentuální nárůst trestů u mladistvých. Abstract:
This work deals with the issue of juvenile delinquency and its remedy in alternative sentences through the Czech Probation and Mediation Service. The introduction of the thesis focuses on why young people are dying of crimes, what is the possible cause. The survey examines the percentage increase in juvenile offenders.
