Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou stresorů učitelů základních škol. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako je stres, stresory, blíže jsou specifikovány stresory v učitelské praxi, dále pak problematika syndromu vyhoření, příčiny tohoto syndromu, léčba a prevence.
