Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje současný stav marketingového řízení STUDENT AGENCY, která působí v oblasti cestování a dopravy již 20 let. Cílem práce je představit firmu, zhodnotit její komunikační mix pomocí SWOT analýzy, a na základě výsledků sestavit návrh několika opatření pro udržování zákaznické masy a minimalizaci slabých stránek.Abstract:
