Influence discount portals on the development of restaurant meals

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu Vliv slevových portálů na rozvoj restauračního stravování. Slevové portály jsou moderní možností propagace podniku v podmínkách rostoucí konkurence jak on-line, tak i off-line. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit kvantitativní a kvalitativní vliv slevových portálů na rozvoj restauračního zařízení. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, kolik procent nových zákazníků využije nabízené slevy a přijde do propagované restaurace díky slevě na slevovém portálu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a teoretické předpoklady pro zpracování tématu – elektronické podnikání, marketingový mix, marketingový komunikační mix. V praktické části následuje výzkum vlivu slevových portálů na propagaci restauračního zařízení. Pro výzkum byla zvolena Pizzerie Vabene, která se nachází v centru Prahy a je zaměřena hlavně na zahraniční turisty.

Abstract:

Master thesis focuses on the topic Influence discount portals on the development of restaurant consummation. Discount portals are opportunities for the promotion of modern enterprise in the face of growing competition, both online and off-line. The aim of this thesis is to determine the quantitative and qualitative impact of discount portals on the development of restaurant equipment. The additional aim is to determine what percentage of new customers will use the offered discounts and come to the restaurant because of the discount on discount portals. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and theoretical premises for processing topic - e-business, marketing mix, marketing communication mix. In the practical part is followed by research on the impact of discount portals on the promotion of restaurant equipment. Pizzeria Vabene is selected, which is located in the centre of Prague and is focused mainly on foreign tourists.
