First aid in the context of the profession of a special needs teacher

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o znalostech a zkušenostech školních speciálních pedagogů ve vztahu k poskytování první pomoci žákům se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami i bez nich. Práce se dělí na dvě části - část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je na základě odborných zdrojů přiblížit profesi školního speciálního pedagoga, pojem první pomoci a také téma první pomoci na základních školách. Konkrétněji v této bakalářské práci naleznete vysvětlení pojmů, legislativní rámec, vysvětlení pozice školního speciálního pedagoga ve školském poradenském pracovišti a mnoho dalšího. Důležitou částí zde je podkapitola s názvem "první pomoci na základních školách," která pojednává o povinnostech školy v oblasti první pomoci a v jejím vzdělávání a důvodech realizace první pomoci. Praktická část si klade za cíl na základě kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit a zanalyzovat znalosti a zkušenosti školního speciálního pedagoga ve vztahu k poskytování první pomoci žákům se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami i bez nich. Výzkumné šetření je realizováno prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pěti respondenty. Data byla analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování, konkrétně pomocí kódů a kategorií a techniky vyložení karet.

Abstract:

The object of this bachelor's thesis is to discuss the knowledge and experience of school special pedagogues in relation to providing first aid to pupils either with or without special educational needs. The work is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is, on the basis of relevant sources, to introduce the profession of a school special pedagogue, the concept of first aid and also the topic of first aid in elementary schools. Specifically, in this bachelor's thesis provides an explanation of terminology, the legislative framework, an explanation of the position of a school special pedagogue in a school counseling office and much more. An important part here is the subchapter entitled "first aid in primary schools," which discusses the school's obligations in the field of first aid and its education and the reasons for implementing first aid. The practical part aims, on the basis of qualitative research, to find out and analyze knowledge and experience of the school special pedagogue in relation to providing first aid to pupils with/ without special educational needs. The research investigation is carried out through a semi-structured interview with five respondents. The data were analyzed using open coding, specifically using codes and categories and the flashcard technique.
