Abstract:
Práce se věnuje využití metody kapalinová chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí při analýze antidepresiv. Charakterizuje principy metody vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie a hmotnostní spektrometrie a popisuje možnosti jejich spojení. Dále se soustředí na diagnostiku depresivní poruchy a její léčbu pomocí antidepresiv. Zaměřuje se také na terapeutické monitorování hladin antidepresiv, ke kterému …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the use of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for antidepressants analysis. It characterizes principles of high-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry and describes their merging. It focuses on the therapeutic drug monitoring of antidepressants, which liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry can be used for.
