Budgetary economics of a selected municipality

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření obce Bílovice. Práce je rozdělena na teoreticko-metodologickou a analyticko-praktickou část. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska veřejné správy se zaměřením na nižší územní celky, konkrétně obce. Druhá část charakterizuje profil obce Bílovice včetně popisu struktury úřadu. Následuje analýza rozpočtového hospodaření se zaměřením na příjmovou a výdajovou stránku rozpočtu obce, analýza majetkové a finanční struktury a finanční analýza s využitím finančních ukazatelů. Výsledkem je vyhodnocení hospodaření obce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the management of the village Bílovice. The thesis is divided into theoretical-methodological and analytical-practical part. The first part describes the characteristics of public administration with a focus on lower territorial units, especially municipalities. The second part describes the profile of the village Bílovice, including a description of the structure of the office. Another part of my thesis is the budget management analysis with a focus on the revenue and expenditure side of the municipal budget, an analysis of the property and financial structure and a finally the financial analysis where financial indicators were used. The result is an evaluation of the management of the village.
