Tato bakalářská práce vymezuje pojem deviace a její subsystém sociální deviace. Jsou zde uvedeny teorie sociálních deviací, poté je popsáno protiprávní jednání a následně vztah mezi sociální deviací a protiprávním jednáním obecně a vzhledem ke společenským změnám a změnám v právních úpravách. This bachelor´s thesis qualifies the terms deviation and its subsystem of social deviation. There are mentioned some theories of social deviations.
