Health and Safety Protection in a Production Company Workplace\n{}

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci ve výrobním podniku ? konkrétně ve společnosti Zlín Aviation s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou ultralehkých letadel. V první polovině práce je charakterizována problematika bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, základní terminologie pro dobrou orientaci v textu a právní předpisy, od kterých se tato práce odvíjí. Následuje přehled dokumentů, které jsou předkládány komisi při kontrole z oblastního inspektorátu práce. Dále teoretický postup, kterým se řídit při provádění analýzy rizik, pravidla zařazování prací do rizikových kategorií. Do tohoto teoretického přehledu jsou zahrnuty i druhy osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků, informace o školeních a lékařských prohlídkách. V závěru této první části je obsaženo zajištění revizí u zařízení, traumatologický plán a informace o požární ochraně. Praktická část práce je zaměřena především na analýzu rizik na jednotlivých pracovištích a přehled nejdůležitějších formulářů v dokumentaci BOZP. Cílem této práce je uvést potřebnou dokumentaci, která je předkládána komisi OIP, včetně uskutečnění nápravných opatření na pracovištích, jako je doplnění bezpečnostních tabulek, přidělání bezpečnostních krytů k některým přístrojům a v neposlední řadě aktualizace dat v dokumentaci. Práce může být vodítkem pro malé a střední podniky díky přehledu potřebné dokumentace.\n{}

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the occupational safety and health in a workplace ? specifically in the company Zlín Aviation s.r.o. which is occupied with a production of ultra light airplanes. The issues of the occupational safety and health, basic terminology for a good orientation in the text and legal regulations are characterized in the first half of the work. Then it is followed by an overview of documentaries which are submitted to the commission form Regional Labour Inspectorate during the inspection. There are also included theoretical procedure to follow when analyzing risks and the rules of integrating jobs to categories of risks. Into the theoretical part are added also varieties of personal protective agents, information about training and physical examinations. At the end of this part it can be found securing revisions of the equipment, the traumatologic plan and information about fire protection. The practical part is mainly focused on the analysis of the risks of the individual workplaces and on the summary of the most important forms in the documentation for occupational safety and health. The goal of this work is to provide necessary documentation which is submitted to the commission of Regional Labour Inspectorate including realized corrective actions in the workplaces such as completion of safety tables, mounting up safety coverings of some machines and actualization of data in the documentation. The thesis can be a guideline for small and middle enterprises thanks to a summary of the necessary documentation.\n{}
