Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na současnou praxi při likvidaci pojistných událostí a při stanovení výše pojistného plnění. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda dochází k poškozování klientů při likvidaci pojistných událostí.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the current practice of settling claims and determining the amount of indemnity. The aim is to determine whether there the current practice doesn´t harm clients in claims handling.
