Obsahem diplomové práce je finanční analýza vybraného územně samosprávného celku a hodnocení jeho finanční situace. Analýza je provedena za roky 2009 a 2010. V roce 2010 proběhla účetní reforma, která mění účetnictví ve veřejném sektoru. Abstract:
The content of this thesis is financial analysis of a chosen municipality and evaluation of its financial situation. The analysis comprises the years 2009 and 2010. In 2010 a new accounting reform was introduced, which has changed the accountancy in public sector.
