Trade activity of insurance agents

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Obchodní činnost pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů se zabývá podnikáním v oblasti finančního zprostředkování se zaměřením na pojištění. Zaměřuje se na to, co tato profese obnáší, co je z legislativního hlediska potřebné udělat pro to, aby se člověk takovýmto zprostředkovatelem mohl stát, jaké výhody a nevýhody s sebou toto povolání přináší, jak zprostředkovatelé posilují své jméno a značku a jaké metody při práci používají. V teoretické části je obsaženo detailní vykreslení pojišťovacího zprostředkovatele jako profese, v praktické části je pak pomocí dotazníkového šetření, pozorování a vlastního doporučení vyobrazena skutečnost, jak je praxe shodná či odlišná od teorie. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem pojišťovací zprostředkovatelé pracují, co vše je potřebné splnit pro výkon této práce, jaké metody používají a na základě praktické části nastínění doporučení pro jejich lepší výsledky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis on topic Trade activity of insurance agents occupies with the field of insurance industry and insurance companies from the position of their distributors – agents. It focuses on what this job involves, what is necessary to do to be an insurance agent (as for the legislation), which pros and cons this job has, how agents make their names and brand stronger and what methods they use. In the theoretical part is described detailed characterization of an insurance agents as profession, in the practical part is then using questionnaires, observation and personal recommendation represented, how is the reality same or different to the theory. The aim of this thesis is finding out the way how an insurance agents work, what is necessary to fulfil to become an insurance agent, what methods agents use and on the basis of the practical part give an advice to them in order to have better results.
