Abstract:
Diplomová práce je rozdělena do zásadních kapitol, kdy v první části se věnuje především nejdůležitějším institutům exekučního řízení, naopak v části druhé institutům řízení insolvenčního. Samotný souběh těchto dvou řízení upravuje kapitola třetí, pričemž tato shrnuje účinky dopadu zahájení insolvenčního řízení na již probíhající exekuci, predevším na úkony směřující k provedení exekuce. The diploma thesis is divided into four essential chapters, where the first part deals mainly with the most important institutes of execution proceedings, while the second part deals with the institutes of insolvency proceedings.
