Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza stávajícího systému výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů ve společnosti XYZ. Z analýzy vyplývají slabé a silné stránky systému. Cílem této bakalářské práce je pak navrhnout společnosti konkrétní řešení zanalyzovaných problémů. The theme of the thesis is to analyze the existing system of selection and evaluation of suppliers in the company XYZ. The strengths and weaknesses of the system are resulted from analyze. The aim of this thesis is the offering of specific solutions of problems which are resulted from analyze.
