Abstract:
Téma pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybrala z oblasti pojišťovnictví. Práce pojednává o problematice pojistných událostí a s nimi spojené problémy jak v účetnictví, tak i poskytovaných služeb zákazníkům. Cílem mé práce je zabývat se likvidací pojistných událostí v Servisní pojišťovně a. s. a v návaznosti na to i technickou rezervou na pojistná plnění a to rezervou RBNS.
Abstract:
I have chosen a theme from the field of the system of insurance for my diploma work. The article treats of the insurance events and problems associated with them both in the field of accountancy and customer services. The target of my work is to deal with the settlement of the insurance event Servisní pojišťovna a. s. and the technical reserve for insurance events, especially the reserve RBNS.
