Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na trestněprávní úpravu eutanázie. První kapitola se soustředí na vymezení pojmu. Tato kapitola dále zahrnuje i související pojmy jako je například asistovaná sebevražda, DNR nebo paliativní péče. The bachelor thesis focuses on the criminal law regulation of euthanasia. The first chapter focuses on the definition of the term. This chapter also includes related terms such as assisted suicide, DNR, or palliative care.
