Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Státní rozpočty“ je blíže vysvětlit pojmy, které se v této problematice vyskytují, a zachytit je ve skutečnostech, s nimiž souvisejí teoreticky i prakticky, tedy poukázat na problematiku jako na celek. Stěžejním rozpočtem bude pro tento účel použit státní rozpočet České republiky z roku 2011, který bude porovnáván s federálním rozpočtem Spojených států amerických téhož roku. Bude poukázáno na rozdíly v systému rozpočtové soustavy, v procesu tvorby rozpočtu, ve struktuře příjmů a výdajů a v dalších oblastech, v nichž se nachází pro tyto dva celky rozdíly.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis about „The state budgets“ is to explain terms used in this issue in more detail and to define these terms in facts they are related to in theory and in practise, that means to point out this issue as a whole. The 2011 state budget of the Czech republic will be used as a crucial point for this purpose to be compared with the United States of America federal budget of the same year. Differences in the budgetary system, in the budget making process, in the structure of receipts and outlays and in other fields where differences can be found will be pointed out.
