Possibilities of using age management strategy in the selected organization

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je využívání strategie age managementu ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce bylo zjistit zda organizace nabízí možnosti, které by vedly k využívání strategie age managementu a to z pohledu personální strategie, řízení lidských zdrojů a plánování lidských zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V teoretické části jsou rozpracovány základní pojmy a uvedeny teoretické koncepty týkající se personální strategie a lidských zdrojů. V metodologické části jsou zvoleny metody a techniky sběru dat a navrhnuta koncepce kvalitativního výzkumu. V analytické části je provedena analýza získaných dat, shrnutí poznatků a odpovědi na dílčí výzkumné otázky a na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která zní: Jaké jsou možnosti využití strategie age managementu ve vybrané organizaci? V závěru jsou na základě zjištěných poznatků navržena doporučení, která mohou přispět k využití strategie age managementu v organizaci.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the use of age management strategies in the selected organization. The aim of the study was to determine whether the organization offers opportunities that would lead to the use of age management strategies from the perspective of human resources strategy, human resources management and human resources planning. The work is divided into three parts. In the theoretical section are elaborated the basic concepts and given theoretical concepts related to human resources strategy and human resources. In the methodological part methods and techniques of data collection are chosen, and there is suggested the conception of qualitative research. In the analytical part analysis of the data is perfomed, a summary of findings and answers to the research questions and the main research question, which is: What are the possibilities of using age management strategies in the selected organization ? In conclusion are some recommendations based on the findings that can contribute to the use of age management strategy in the organization.
