Tools for effective human resource management in a multinational company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce bude obsahovat dvě části. V první části bude charakterizován pojem řízení lidských zdrojů a veškeré problematiky s tímto pojmem spojené. V druhé části bude zkoumáno řízení lidských zdrojů v multinacionálním podniku. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění úrovně efektivity řízení vedoucích pracovníků jednotlivých úseků napříč organizací. Na základě zjištěných skutečností v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů budou navržena doporučení k dosažení vyšší úrovně řízení v podobě navrhnutí zcela nového sytému školení řídících pracovníků.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis will consist of two parts. The first part will describe the concept of human resources management and all issues related to this term. In the second part, human resource management will be examined in a multinational enterprise. The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the level of efficiency of the management of the managers of individual sections across the organization. On the basis of the findings in the area of human resources management, recommendations will be proposed to achieve a higher level of governance in the form of designing an entirely new training system for managers.
