Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na systém získávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti SŽDC. První část práce obsahuje teoretické seznámení se systémy získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců. Druhá část popisuje současný stav ve společnosti SŽDC. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na porovnání portálů práce využitelných při získávání zaměstnanců k SŽDC.
Abstract:
This assignment is concerned with recruitment system in SŽDC. First part of this assignment compromises of theoretical introduction to systems of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. Second part describes current situation in SŽDC. The last part concentrates on comparison of job boards usable for recruitment strategies in SŽDC.
