Children, parents and divorce - adjustment of rights and duties of divorced parents towards underage children.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá po-rozvodovou úpravou práv a povinností rodičů vůči nezletilým dětem. Je zaměřena především na střídavou péči. Obsahuje přehled porozvodové úpravy v několika vybraných cizích zemích a kasuistiku konkrétní rodiny, kde střídavou péči několik let úspěšně praktikují.
Abstract:
This work deals with after-divorce adjustment of rights and duties of parents towards their underage children. It is focused especially on shared custody. It includes a survey of after-divorce situation in some foreign countries and description of a family, which has been applying shared custody for several years.
