Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou náboženského cítění věřících, a to zejména tím, zda státu v této souvislosti vyplývá pozitivní závazek k Úmluvě. This thesis is concerned with the protection of religious feelings, mainly with the question whether the state is under a positive obligation to the European Conventions on Human Rights in this matter.
