Abstract:

Blanka Plasová Instituce: Fakulta sociálních studií, MU Brno Název práce: Bariéry harmonizace práce a rodiny (region Opava) Počet slov: 30 260 Klíčová slova: harmonizace práce a rodiny, dostupnost péče o dítě, bariéry harmonizace práce a rodiny, trh práce Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo najít odpověď na tuto otázku: „Jaké bariéry v možnostech harmonizace práce a rodiny vnímají ženy na trhu práce na Opavsku?“ Teoretická část představuje základ rodinné politiky, harmonizace práce a rodiny a identifikuje základní bariéry právě harmonizace práce a rodiny. V teoretické časti je věnována pozornost také preferenční teorii, která dělí ženy dle jejich orientace na rodinu nebo zaměstnání a kariéru. Další část se věnuje charakteristice regionu Opavska, ke kterému se diplomová práce vztahuje, zejména pak lokálnímu trhu práce a dostupnosti předškolních zařízení péče o dítě. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí kvalitativní metody – polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Dotazované ženy pocházely z regionu Opavsko, měly zkušenost s mateřstvím a trhem práce v této lokalitě. Empirická část interpretuje výsledky tohoto výzkumu, v jednotlivých kapitolách byly zodpovězeny dílčí otázky. Závěr práce pak poskytuje odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a je shrnutím poznatků a zjištění celého výzkumu.

Blanka Plasová Institution: Faculty of Social Studies, MU Brno Thesis title: Barriers to balance work and family life (Opava region) Word count: 30 260 Keywords: balance of work and family life, children care availability, barriers of balance of work and family life, labour market The aim of this thesis was to answer the question: „Which barriers are preceptioned by the women from the Opava region in the possibilities to balance the work and family life?“. The theoretical part of the thesis present the basic about the family policy, balance of work and family life and is identificating the barriers of work and family life. There is a chapter giving attention on the Theory of preference roles in the thesis. This theory is dividing women according to their preference on family life or on work and career. Following chapter is describing the main characteristics of the Opava region, specially than local labour market and childrens care institutions availibilities. The research was carried out by descriptive method – halfstructured interview. The informant, only women, came all from the Opava region, they had experience with motherhood and with local labour market. The empirical part of the thesis is interpretating the results of the research, in each chapters are given answers to the partial questions. The final part of the thesis is giving a answer on the main question of the research and summarize findings of the research.
