Treatment programs for convits in Czech prison
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na Programy zacházení s odsouzenými osobami v českých věznicích. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé programy zacházení, které poskytuje Vězeňská služba ČR, nástroj SARPO k určení kriminogenních rizik, diferenciace věznic, kázeňská praxe a způsob vyhodnocování programu zacházení.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the Treatment programs for convicts in Czech prisons. The thesis describes particular treatment programs provided by the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, the SARPO tool for identification of criminogenic risks, differentiation of prisons, disciplinary practice and evaluation method of the treatment program.
