Abstract:

V kontextu stále rostoucích cen energií a hledání udržitelných zdrojů energie představují fotovoltaické systémy významnou možnost, jak snížit energetickou závislost domácností na tradičních zdrojích a současně přispět k ochraně životního prostředí. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ekonomickou analýzu a plánování investic do fotovoltaických panelů pro rodinný dům. Práce posuzuje finanční efektivnost takové investice s ohledem na dobu návratnosti, využívající dotace a legislativní rámec v České republice. Zkoumá technické aspekty fotovoltaických systémů, včetně výběru typu a velikosti, délky jejich životnosti, kapacity fotovoltaické elektrárny, množství slunečního záření a spotřebu elektrické energie v konkrétní domácnosti. Cílem je určit, zda a v jakém časovém horizontu mohou investice do fotovoltaických elektráren splnit požadavky majitelů rodinných domů s ohledem na ziskovost a udržitelnost. Práce dále provádí rozbor dostupných dotací a legislativy týkající se instalace fotovoltaických systémů a analyzuje alternativní možnosti ukládání energie. Výsledky této práce poskytují ucelený pohled na výhodnost investic do fotovoltaických technologií a slouží jako praktický návod pro majitele rodinných domů, kteří uvažují o této formě získávání energie.

Abstract:

In the context of increasing energy prices and the search for sustainable energy sources, photovoltaic systems represent a significant option to reduce households' energy dependence on traditional sources and at the same time contribute to environmental protection. This bachelor thesis focuses on the economic analysis and investment planning of photovoltaic panels for a family house. The thesis assesses the financial efficiency of such an investment with respect to the payback period, using subsidies and the legislative framework in the Czech Republic. It examines the technical aspects of photovoltaic systems, including the choice of type and size, their lifetime, the capacity of the photovoltaic system, the amount of solar energy and the electricity consumption of a particular household. The aim is to determine whether and over what time horizon investments in PV can meet the requirements of householders in terms of profitability and durability. The thesis also analyses the available subsidies and legislation regarding the installation of PV systems and analyses alternative energy storage options. The results of this thesis provide a comprehensive view of the benefits of investing in photovoltaic techno-logies and provide a practical guide for homeowners considering this form of energy generation.
