The Communication of Non-profit Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá externí komunikací neziskové organizace. V teoretické části se věnuje problematice neziskových organizací, stručně popisuje základní přístupy k externí komunikaci i k propagační činnosti v této oblasti. Praktická část práce je pak zaměřena na konkrétní neziskovou organizaci a výzkum týkající se její externí komunikace provedený ve městě, kde daná nezisková organizace působí. Na základě výsledků průzkumného šetření je poté v projektové části navržen komunikační plán pro konkrétní zkoumanou neziskovou organizaci na období jednoho roku.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the external communication of non-profit organization. The theoretical part is devoted to non-profit organizations, in short describes attitudes or approaches to external communication and the promotional activities in this area. The practical part of the thesis is focused on a specific non-profit organization and research regarding the external communication which was created in the city where a non-profit organization operates. Based on the results of an exploratory survey is then designed a communication plan for specific non-profit organization in project part for a period of one year.
