Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice mobilních genetických elementů, zejména plazmidům, transpozonům a integronům, jež představují částice schopné přijímat a nést geny rezistence k antibiotikům. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the problematics of mobile genetic elements, especially plasmids, transposons and integrons that represent particles with ability to acquire and carry antibiotic resistance genes.
