Práce zkoumá ekonomické a politické souvislosti právního rámce působení Evropské centrální banky (dále jen ECB) v době dluhové a měnové krize v eurozóně. Na počátku je čtenář seznámen s problematikou emisního bankovnictví, dále s měnovou unií v EU a postavením ECB. This thesis analyzes the legal perspective of the economic and political actions of the European Central Bank (ECB) during European debt and currency crisis. In the first part this thesis focuses on the subject of emission banking, the monetary union of the European Union and the role of the ECB.
