Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit finanční situaci podniků účastnících se fúze, identifikovat motivy k ní vedoucí a navrhnout vhodný postup pro její realizaci včetně vypracování projektu fúze. V první části práce je definován pojem fúze a je rozčleněn na základě kritérií vyplývajících z legislativy, z ekonomické provázanosti společností či lokace jejich sídla. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate a financial situation of companies participating in a merger, to identify inducements leading to it, and suggest suitable procedure for its realization including a merger project.
