Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou vkladovej povinnosti spoločníkov v spoločnosti s ručením obmezeným. Nová právna úprava prináša množstvo zmien v oblasti vkladov a tvorby základného kapitálu. Podstatou práce je predstavenie zmien v zákone, ktoré umožňujú zakladanie nových spoločností s väčšou mierou flexibility a voľnosti.
