Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování průzkumu a analýzy současného stavu preventivně výchovné činnosti na základních a středních školách v klatovském okrese a zabývá se problematikou ochrany člověka za mimořádných událostí a krizových situací. Práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení zásad chování, opatření a následků zvládání mimořádných událostí a krizových situací, jejich pochopení a reakcí, jak pedagogů, tak i žáků na základní a stření škole, se kterými souvisí především jejich příprava.Výzkum byl proveden metodou kvantitativního šetření, analýzou a zhodnocením současného stavu preventivně výchovné činnosti na základních a středních školách v Klatovech. Pomůckou pro zhodnocení současného stavu preventivně výchovné činnosti byly vytvořeny hypotézy, které byly následně buď potvrzeny nebo vyvráceny.Výsledkem výzkumu jsou doporučení pro školy. Jedno z nejzásadnějších doporučení je implementace předmětu Preventivně výchovné činnosti (dále v textu PVČ) do vyučovacího procesu. Bylo zjištěno, že teoretické znalosti žáků jsou na velmi dobré úrovni, ale dalším velmi důležitým doporučením je v tomto ohledu realizace praktického cvičení, které vyžaduje propojení teoretických znalostí a praktických dovedností a s tím souvisí zapojení více odborníků z řad IZS do vyučovacího procesu. Pedagogům navrhuji, aby se v rámci svého vzdělávání, zúčastnili akreditovaných kurzů a seminářů. Tyto kurzy v současné době organizuje Národní institut vzdělávání v těsné spolupráci s HZS ČR.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to develop a survey and analysis of the current state of preventive educational activities at primary and secondary schools in the Klatovy district and deals with the issue of human protection during extraordinary events and crisis situations. The thesis focuses on the evaluation of the principles of behavior, measures and consequences of handling extraordinary events and crisis situations, their understanding and reactions of both teachers and pupils at primary and secondary schools, which are primarily related to their preparation. In the research was used the method of quantitative investigation, analysis, and evaluation of the current state of preventive educational activities at primary and secondary schools in Klatovy. As a tool for evaluating the current state of preventive educational activities, hypotheses were created, which were subsequently either confirmed or refuted. The results of the research are recommendations for schools. One of the most fundametnal recommendations is the implementation of the school subject of preventive educational activities (futher on in the text only as PVČ) in the teaching process. It was found that the theoretical knowledge of the pupils is at a very good level, but another very important recommendation in this regard is the implementation of practical exercise, which requires the connection of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and the involvement of more experts from the ranks of the IZS in the teaching process is related to this. I suggest that teachers participate in accredited courses and seminars as part of their education. These courses are currently organized by the National Institute of Education in close cooperation with HZS ČR.
