Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice rodinných firem. Řeší odlišnosti mezi rodinnými a nerodinnými podniky, řízení rodinných firem, jejich zdroje financování a otázku nástupnictví. Zabývá se také základními právními formami podnikání a jejich specifikací z hlediska účetnictví a daní. V praktické části je provedena analýza vybraného rodinného podniku. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of family businesses. It replies the differences between family and non-family business, the management of family business, their sources of funding and the issue of succession.
