Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou s migrací, zejména integrací zahraničních pracovníků na trhu práce ve vybraných zemích EU. Práce pojednává o podmínkách vstupu na území a trh práce v České republice a Rakousku. The thesis deals with migration-related issues, in particular the integration of foreign workers into the labour market in selected EU countries. The work deals with the conditions of entry into the territory and the labour market in the Czech Republic and Austria.
