Responsibility for Violations of Rules of Budgetary Law
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na odpovědnost za porušování norem rozpočtového práva. V práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy zahrnující prameny práva, rozpočtové zásady, fiskální federalismus soustava veřejných rozpočtů s vymezením odpovědných subjektů a s tím související správní a trestní odpovědnost v případě porušení norem rozpočtového práva.
Abstract:
The thesis is aimed for the liability of neglecting of budget law. There are specified basic elements including law sources, principles of budgets, the theory of fiscal federalism, systems of public budgets and funds with liable subjects. Of course, there are administrative and criminal liabilities in cases of neglecting of duties.
