Insolvency proceedings and the consequences for the corporation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku procesu insolvenčního řízení ve vztahu k obchodním korporacím a zároveň na vymezení důsledků, které insolvenční řízení v tomto smyslu vyvolá. Pojem insolvenčního řízení jsem zpracovala jak z hlediska historického, tak i z hlediska jeho jednotlivých fází a specifik, které pro obchodní korporace znamená.
Abstract:
The Diploma thesis is aimed at the issue of insolvency proceedings in relation to the business corporations and the related definition of the consequences of insolvency proceedings in this sense. I processed the concept of insolvency proceedings from historical development viewpoint and also from the point of view of its individual stages and the specifics of the business corporations.
