Předmětem bakalářské práce je uvedení souvislostí mezi pojištěním a povodněmi. V první části jsou definovány pojmy povodeň, riziko povodně a uvedeny kritéria jeho pojistitelnosti. Dále jsou popsány role státu a zajišťoven při povodních a možnosti financování povodňových škod. The object of the bachelor work is to introduce the coherences of insurance and flood. In the first part there are defined the terms flood, flood risk and also there are introduced the conditions of flood risk´s insurability.
