Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na navržení vnitřního kontrolního systému příspěvkové organizace. Podstatou řešení byla analýza stávajícího kontrolního systému. Podrobně byly prozkoumány části kontrolního systému. Objevené chyby a nesrovnalosti byly odstraněny nebo opraveny. Navržené řešení obsahuje opravené a doplněné směrnice a řády, které organizace měla zavedeny. Hlavním výsledkem práce je uvedení nového informačního systému pro zaměstnance, který přibližuje kontrolní systém všem pracovníkům.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the internal control system design of the contributory organization. The essence of the solution is the analysis of the current control system. The parts of the control system have been examined in detail. Discovered errors and discrepancies have been removed or fixed. The proposed solution contains revised and supplemented directives and orders that the organization had in place. The main result of the work is implementing into a new information system for employees, which will make the control system more accessible to all workers.
