Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zásahy do oblasti základních lidských prav a svobod při správě daní, možnostmi obrany daňového subjektu ve správním a částečně i v soudním řízení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the interventions into the sphere of fundamental human rights and freedoms at tax administration, possibilities of defence of tax subject in administrative and partially also in court proceedings.
