Abstract:
Předložená práce je zaměřena na organizaci řízení činnosti a provozu v KFC. Cílem teoretické části je vytvoření teoretické podkladu pro problematiku managementu, řízení organizace. Cílem praktické části byla analýza dotazníkového šetření na kvalitu vedení provozní činnosti z pohledu zaměstnanců společnosti KFC. The presented work is focused on the organization of activity management and operation in KFC. The aim of the theoretical part is to create a theoretical basis for issues of management, management of the organization.
