Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem růstu mezd na fluktuaci pracovníků ve výrobních podnicích v České republice. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení změn ve fluktuaci zaměstnanců ve výrobních podnicích, kdy se v posledních letech průměrná mzda stále navyšuje a navržení potenciálních změn v přijímání nových zaměstnanců. K vyhodnocení výzkumných otázek byl použit smíšený výzkum, který zahrnoval dotazníkové šetření zaměstnanců, strukturované rozhovory s manažery ve vybraných výrobních podnicích a analýzu sekundárních dat. V rámci výsledků výzkumu byl prezentován růst mezd a fluktuace zaměstnanců ve zpracovatelském průmyslu. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že základní mzda je pro zaměstnance zpracovatelského průmyslu nejdůležitějším motivačním faktorem a úzce souvisí s fluktuací v podnicích. Z analýzy sekundárních dat je patrné, že se každý rok navyšuje průměrný věk zaměstnanců v oboru. V závěru práce jsem na základě výsledků navrhl možnosti opatření pro zlepšení situace. Jednalo se například o plošnou kvalifikaci mladých zaměstnanců pro výkon kvalifikovanější práce. Limitem výzkumu byl počet respondentů v dotazníkovém šetření, zde existuje prostor pro rozšíření výzkumu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the impact of wage growth on employee turnover in manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the changes in employee turnover in manufacturing companies, where the average wage has been increasing in recent years and to propose potential changes in the recruitment of new employees. A mixed-methods research design was used to evaluate the research questions, which included a questionnaire survey of employees, structured interviews with managers in selected manufacturing companies and secondary data analysis. The results of the research were presented in terms of wage growth and employee turnover in the manufacturing industry. Through the questionnaire survey, it was found that the basic wage is the most important motivating factor for manufacturing employees and is closely related to turnover in enterprises. The analysis of secondary data shows that the average age of employees in the industry is increasing every year. In the conclusion of the paper, based on the results, I proposed possible measures to improve the situation. These included, for example, the flat qualification of young employees to perform more skilled work. The limitation of the research was the number of respondents in the questionnaire survey, here there is room for expansion of the research.
