Bakalářská práce na téma Individuální výkonnost a týmová spolupráce v posádce záchranné služby nabízí vhled do problematiky týmové spolupráce výjezdových skupin. Cílem této práce je analyzovat a pojmenovat faktory ovlivňující týmovou spolupráci členů ve výjezdové skupině ZZS. Cíli je podřízena i struktura bakalářské práce. Ta je rozdělena na dvě části.
