Bakalářská práce pomocí výzkumných metod dotazníkového šetření, řízeného rozhovoru a pozorování analyzuje a vyhodnocuje používání CRM systému ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Dále sleduje, do jaké míry je systém CRM oblíbený u zaměstnanců a jeho využívání v rámci obchodního oddělení a managementu.
