Práce se zabývá problematikou trhu práce se zaměřením na ženy a jejich postavení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako je trh práce, nezaměstnanost a rizikové skupiny. Hlavní pozornost je věnována ženám na trhu práce a diskriminaci. The bachelor thesis deals with problem of the labour market focusing on women and their position. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part.
