Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pomocí metodiky OCAI analyzuje podnikovou kulturu ve vybraném podniku. Analýza se zabývá dominantními rysy organizace, způsobem vedení v organizaci, způsobem řízení zaměstnanců, soudržností organizace, strategickým zaměřením a kritérii úspěchu v organizaci.
