Characteristics and analysis of the surroundings of a selected company
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo seznámit se s okolím podniku obecně a s analýzami pro vnější okolí a vnitřní prostředí podniku. V praktické části byly všechny poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní podnik a sepsána doporučení pro podnik, která vyplývala z výsledků analýz.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to explore the thematic area of company surroundings and analyzis of the internal and external company surroundings. The thesis then applies theory to practice in a case study focused on a particular company, and offers a set of recommendations to the company on the basis of the analytical findings.
