Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje komplexní problematice řízení mezinárodního týmu v nadnárodní organizaci. Předmět studia je nadnárodní společnost Avnet s.r.o. První část práce představuje teoretickou - metodologickou charakteristiku týmů a týmové práce se zaměřením na řízení mezinárodního týmu. V této souvislosti jsou zde vysvětlení základních pojmů, tedy tým a týmová práce, řízení mezinárodních týmů a komunikace uvnitř týmu. Druhá část práce obsahuje analýzy řízení mezinárodního týmu v nadnárodní společnosti Avnet s.r.o. Zde je stručně shrnuta organizační struktura společnosti, analyzovány jsou systémy a metody řízení ve společnosti Avnet s.r.o. Zkoumají se chyby při zavádění nových manažerských metod a návrhy, jak se jich vyvarovat. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu řízení společnosti navrhnout nové prvky stávajícího modelu řízení a následně ověřit manažerské kompetence vedoucích zaměstnanců společnosti. Má diplomová práce bude představena v marketingovém oddělení společnosti Avnet s.r.o. a následně konzultována. V případě kladných reakcí by mohla být přínosem pro zvýšení výkonnosti organizace prostřednictvím rozvoje lidského kapitálu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with complex issues of international management team in a multinational organization. The course of study is a multinational company Avnet. The first part is the theoretical - methodological characteristics of teams and teamwork with a focus on international management team. In this context, there are explanations of basic terms, a team and teamwork, managing international teams and communication within the team. The second part contains the analysis of the international management team in multinational companies Avnet. Here is a brief summary of the organizational structure of the company, analyzed the systems and methods of management in the company Avnet. They examine the errors in the implementation of new management techniques and suggestions on how to avoid them. The aim of the work is based on an analysis of the current state of the company's management to design new elements of the current management model and subsequently verify the managerial competence of senior employees. My thesis will be presented in the marketing department of Avnet and subsequently consulted. In the case of positive reactions could be beneficial to increase organizational performance through human capital development.
