Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika řízení a kontrolního systému finanční instituce – banky. Praktická část zahrnuje první čtyři kapitoly, popisuje vývoj řídicího a kontrolního systému, jeho základní charakteristiku a cíle, prvky a hodnocení účinnosti a efektivnosti. The subject of this thesis is the management and control of financial institutions - banks. The practical part includes the first four chapters, describes the development of the control system, its basic characteristics and objectives, elements and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency.
