Anotace práce: Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat postavení a činnost Probační a mediační služby ČR, která významně napomáhá při řešení trestních konfliktů v našem právním systému. Celá práce je strukturována tak, aby výše zmíněná činnost Probační a mediační služby ČR byla pochopitelná i pro širší veřejnost.
Abstract:
Annotation: Main aim those work is describe position and activity of Probation and mediation services CR that the notably aids at solving criminal conflicts in our system of law. All work is structured to aforesaid activity Probation and mediation services CR was obvious also for wider community.
