Etický kodex a jeho význam pro profesní kompetence v pozici manažera (Josef Bambásek a.s.)

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Etický kodex a jeho význam pro profesní kompetence v pozici manažera“ se zabývá v teoreticko - metodologické části pojmy jako je etický kodex, etika, manažer a dalšími pojmy spojené s tématem. Aplikační část je zaměřená na dotazníkové šetření a analyzování na konkrétním případě. V závěru své bakalářské práce zpracuji výsledky z dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
My Bachelor Thesis „Ethics and its relevance to professional competence in the manager's position" deals in theoretical and methodological part with terms such as code of ethics, ethics, the manager and other terms related to the topic. The application section is focused on the survey and analyses on concrete case. At the end of the bachelor thesis I process the results of the survey.
