Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se analyzuje jedno ze stadií trestního řízení, kterým je přípravné řízení trestní. Zabývá samotným průběhem přípravného trestního řízení včetně jeho účastníků a orgánů činných a současně uvádí zásady, podle kterých je přípravné trestní řízení vedeno.
Abstract:
This thesis analyzes one of the stages of criminal proceedings, which is a Preliminary Criminal Proceedings. It deals with the actual conduct of the Preliminary Criminal Proceedings and its participants, including law enforcement and also sets out the principles which guided the preparation of criminal proceedings. Summary proceeding is discussed in the conclusions.
